Our collection is characterized by the manual processing performed by Florentine forge masters using solid iron.

Being an exclusively handcrafted product, it allows us to make all the models of the collection with measures at the customer's request. The raw product is subjected to sandblasting treatment for the elimination of slag and other impurities that hot forging releases, and then moves on to the first phase, which consists of galvanizing; the iron in this step is practiced as a glaze so as not to remove the characteristic beats and folds typical of forge processing, after which it is powder coated and passed in the oven at 180 °. In the case of antique patinated decorations, after the first painting, manual antiquing is carried out with the product, which will give an aging appearance to the curved parts, corners, and joints.
